Thank you for your interest in the 2026 ACCESS Forum in Concepcion, Chile on January 12-16, 2026. This is the form to apply for only travel funds from Lund University (there is a separate application for participation in the Forum).
- Funding: Up to 25,000 SEK (Lund University employees only, including PhD students). Any further cost is understood as the responsibility of the department where the participant works.
- Deadline: April 21, 2025 (23:59 local time).

Get your Head of Department's signature on this form.

Apply for travel funding by completing this form. You must upload the signed document from Step 2 to submit this application.
If you submit this form but do not submit the Application for Participation (Step 1), you will not be considered for participation in the 2026 Forum. You must submit both applications in order to be considered for participation with funding.
NOTE: You may apply to participate in the Forum as a self-funded participant. However, self-funding does not guarantee that you will be selected to participate in the Forum, If you would like to participate as a self-funded participant, (1) complete the 2026 Forum Application for Participation and then (2) email ACCESS@er.lu.se to notify us that you are applying as a self-funded applicant.
